The Role:

As a Plumbing Technician/Installer at McCowin Water, you will be the face of our company in the field. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Diagnosing and repairing residential filtration systems.
  • Installing water filtration systems, water softeners, Reverse Osmosis Systems, fixtures and filter change-outs with precision.
  • Conducting routine maintenance, service, repairs when needed, system inspections and diagnostic water testing .
  • Providing clear estimates and educating customers on their systems' health.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional plumbing experience required.
  • Licensing: Valid California Drivers License with a clean driving record.
  • Skills: Strong problem solving abilities and a firm grasp of all hand tools.
  • Mindset: A "customer-first" attitude and a commitment to professional workmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • As an Install Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems for our valued customers.
  • You will collaborate with our team to ensure timely and efficient installations of our products.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of water treatment systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide top-notch customer service while on site, addressing any concerns or questions customers may have regarding their water treatment systems.
  • Document all installation and maintenance activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Install Technician in the water treatment industry.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
